Isle of skye is famous for it's rugged beauty and at the foot of the Black Cuillin in its solitary location is this much loved cottage with lovely burn running close by. Behind it, you can see the famous skyline of Sgurr nan Gillean with a bit of drama coming from the right, where the sky was just changing into the most amazing shade of blue. I didn't get to see the Allt Dearg Mor waterfalls as we were rushing to catch a ferry to Isle of Rassay, but it's there, something new to be discovered on my next visit to Sligachan.
