Goulds Monitor, Flinders Ranges, South Australia by Trace Connolly

Came across the large Gould's Monitor when hiking through a gorge in the Flinders Ranges. This one was on the crest of its den and unfortunately for us and the throngs Japanese tourists, the stench emitting from its den was really on the nose.
