Mount Fitzroy, Patagonia, Argentina by Kris Delcourte

The most beautiful light in Patagonia is when the first orange sun light hits the mountain tops, or paints the clouds in the sky with a pinkish colour. Here we have a view on Mount Fitzroy taken in the Los Glaciares National Park in Patagonia, Argentina. To reach this place requires a 3 hour hike from El Chalten or a 30 minutes walk from the camp site.

For a few minutes the colours turned into a really bright orange, but this did not last very long. After 5 minutes the height of the colours was over and 10 minutes later the spectacular effect was gone.
