Blea Tarn, Lake District, England by Dean Allan

A beautiful winters morning at Blea Tarn.

100% Lake District; beautiful, stunning with views of the Great Langdale. Fresh snowing was falling and the wind was hurting, but paradise doesn't have to be tropical.

The weather forecast for the weekend was awful and that probably accounts for the fact I was here alone. It truly reminded me of the quote by David Attenborough who said "The natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living"

Never have truer words been said.
