This is the Kashaya Falls, a place along the Sonoma coastline not known to many. I have been coming to photograph these falls at Spring time for the last 3 years. With the rainfall that hits Northern California, I thought it would provide more volume to the waterfalls. After waiting for the right time, I drove to the place with a friend. Lucky enough, nobody else was there. Started to take some shots, then immediately thick clouds started to form in the sky followed by heavy rain, which I considered a bonus, giving us a dramatic sky and a double rainbow behind where we were.
